1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ConnectBridge Partners LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
We provide interpretation, translation, consulting, business negotiation support, and exhibition/trade show assistance related to market entry in Japan. The specific scope of work will be defined in a written agreement or service order between the Company and the Client.
3. Fees and Payment

• Service fees will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

• Invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary, sensitive, or personal information obtained during the course of service. This obligation continues after the termination of the service.
5. Intellectual Property

• All translated or created materials are delivered for the Client’s business use.

• The Company retains the right to use anonymized performance data (excluding confidential business information) for internal improvement and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The Client shall provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation or rescheduling must be notified in writing.

• Fees may apply for cancellations made within [XX] days of the scheduled service date.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and shall apply immediately unless otherwise stated.
